This User Agreement defines your rights and responsibilities when using the Vrober platform. By booking or using services, you agree to these terms.

Agreement Overview

Vrober operates as a platform that connects users with independent service partners. This Agreement applies to all users accessing Vrober services.

1. User Information and Responsibility

Users must:

  • Provide accurate name, phone, address, and booking/service details
  • Ensure availability at the selected service address and time
  • Behave respectfully with service partners
  • Secure valuables before service begins
  • Not place fake, misleading, or abusive bookings

2. Respect & Safety

Users agree to:

  • Treat all service partners respectfully
  • Not behave abusively, threateningly, or inappropriately
  • Maintain a safe work environment during service
  • Not request illegal or unsafe tasks from service partners

Misuse may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

3. Service Charges & Payment

  • Users must pay service charges listed in the app at booking/checkout.
  • Travel/visiting charges apply if cancellation happens after partner travel begins.
  • Visiting fee applies where customer changes mind after partner arrival.
  • Payments are processed through secure payment rails including Cashfree.

4. Cancellation Rules

  • Cancellation before partner travel starts: Free
  • Cancellation after partner travel starts: Travel charge applies
  • Rescheduling follows the same timing/charge rules

5. No Misuse of Service Partners

Users must not:

  • Ask for personal contact details to bypass the app
  • Attempt direct off-platform service arrangements
  • Threaten, harass, or mistreat service partners

Confirmed violations trigger immediate enforcement action.

6. Service Completion Rules

  • No refund after service is fully completed.
  • Refund may be considered only if wrong service is delivered.
  • Full refund may apply if service partner does not arrive.
  • If no work is done, refund may apply, excluding travel charge where applicable.

7. Disputes & Resolution

If any service issue occurs, users must contact Vrober Support first. Disputes are handled in accordance with applicable laws of India.

8. Liability Limitation

Vrober connects users with independent service partners and does not guarantee individual conduct, damage-free outcomes, or perfect punctuality in all cases. Vrober will reasonably assist in fair dispute handling and resolution.

9. Data Usage

Users agree that Vrober may process data for:

  • Booking management and order fulfillment
  • Service partner assignment and tracking
  • Safety, notifications, and verification
  • Security and fraud prevention

Data is handled per the Platform’s Privacy Policy.

10. Acceptance

By placing a booking on Vrober, the user confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this User Agreement.
