2. Platform Role

Vrober acts as a service aggregator that connects users with independent service providers. Vendors are not direct employees of Vrober unless explicitly stated in writing.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate personal, address, and booking details.
• Maintain respectful and lawful behavior with service providers and support teams.
• Ensure timely availability at the service location.
• Avoid misuse, threats, abuse, or fraudulent booking behavior.
• Pay applicable charges, including cancellation or visit-related charges where applicable.

4. Vendor Obligations

• Submit accurate information during onboarding and verification.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, professionalism, and service quality standards.
• Arrive on time and complete accepted bookings responsibly.
• Not solicit or divert Vrober customers outside the Platform.
• Not cancel bookings without valid reason (penalties may apply).

5. Pricing & Payments

• Service pricing is displayed in the app/website at the time of booking.
• Vrober may revise prices, fees, or taxes from time to time.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways, including Cashfree.
• Vendor settlements are typically processed every 3 days to UPI/Bank/Card as configured.

6. Cancellation, Refund & Reschedule

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling are governed by separate applicable policies published on the Platform. In case of conflict, those specific policy terms apply to the relevant transaction.

7. Commission & Charges

• Vrober charges vendors a commission between 20% and 30% per completed order.
• Minimum commission per completed order is ₹20.
• Vendor penalties may apply for certain cancellation or policy violation scenarios.

8. Safety & Liability

Vrober performs verification checks (such as Aadhaar and photo verification) as part of onboarding. However, Vrober is not liable for direct acts or omissions of independent vendors, including misconduct, property damage, or item loss during service delivery. Vrober may assist in dispute handling but does not assume liability for direct losses unless required under applicable law.

9. Termination

Vrober may suspend or terminate any account for reasons including:

• Fraud or suspicious financial activity
• Threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior
• Policy violations or compliance breaches
• Repeated cancellations or service misuse

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as amended from time to time.

11. Additional Terms

• Updates to Terms: Vrober may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions become effective when published on the Platform.
• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Electronic Communication: You consent to receive notices and service communications electronically via app, SMS, WhatsApp, and email where applicable.
