• Service experience, category, skills, availability, and work radius

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal data. We share information only on a need-to-know basis, such as with assigned vendors for order completion and internal teams for operations, support, and security checks.

6. Data Storage & Retention

• Data is stored on secured infrastructure with access controls.
• Data is retained while an account remains active or as legally required.
• Users may request account/data deletion, subject to legal and compliance obligations.
• Limited backup retention may continue for legal or technical restoration needs.

Vrober does not enforce a strict age gate at this time; however, users under 16 are advised to use the Platform under parental/guardian guidance.

9. Vendor Background Verification

• Aadhaar and profile photo submission is required for onboarding.
• Additional checks may be conducted for specific service categories.
• Policy-violating vendors may be suspended or permanently removed.

10. Your Rights (Users & Vendors)

• Access and update personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request account and data deletion
• Opt out of promotional communications
• Raise complaints regarding misuse of personal data

11. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation terms may vary by category and service stage.
• Refund eligibility depends on travel, service progress, and material use.
• Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
• Refunds may be denied in misuse, abuse, or fraud scenarios.

12. Safety & Liability Disclaimer

Vendor verification improves trust but does not guarantee personal conduct in every situation. Service-related issues are reviewed case by case. Vrober is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages unless caused by proven platform negligence under applicable law.

13. Vendor Misconduct Policy

Vendors may face suspension or removal for:

• Misbehavior with users
• Fraudulent or unethical activity
• Repeated poor service quality or ratings
• Service standard and safety violations

14. Service Guarantee

Where applicable and based on category policy, Vrober may provide:

• Free rework
• Replacement vendor assignment
• Partial refund
• Discount on next service

15. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.
